David’s talk “Discovery & Definition: The key to a successful WooCommerce project” will be on Thursday 7th April at 11:20 AM (CST).
David is looking forward to taking the opportunity to speak at WooConf to share his expert knowledge on how to successfully project plan your WooCommerce projects.
David’s talk is about our proven Discovery & Definition process that allows us to ensure client happiness through early project planning. In his talk, David will be covering what an agency such as ourselves needs access to from their clients and who within the organisation they need to talk to. He’ll go over how to establish a client’s eCommerce requirements, understanding their resources and how to manage their expectations from the onset. Finally, he’ll offer tips he’s learnt over the years on how to write a super clear project brief to ensure both the agency and the client know what to expect from the project.
After David’s talk, he’ll be participating in the WooCommerce Developer Panel, where he’ll join fellow panelists in answering and discussing questions asked by WooConf attendees. The panel is straight after his talk at 11:35 AM (CST) and in the same room.
