We hope to be your long-term WordPress partner, and aim to always be there should you need help with your WordPress website.

We offer three modes of support – all aimed at giving you prompt, fair and professional WordPress support.

Ad-hoc

Our default arrangement for casual support.

  • No fixed cost, no service level agreement
  • You make a support request by email, phone or contact form
  • We request authorisation for billable time
  • On receipt of written authorisation, we action support request
  • We log time taken on a timesheet
  • Billable time logged is invoiced at the end of the month

Hourly rate is £100 + VAT.

Credit limit

This cuts down communication time so that we can offer our support services quicker.

  • There is no fixed cost or service level agreement
  • We agree a maximum credit limit you’re happy to accrue without additional authorisation
  • You make a support request by email, phone or contact form
  • As long as the time required is within the credit limit, we action support request
  • We log time taken on a timesheet
  • Billable time logged is invoiced at month end

Hourly rate is £100 + VAT.

Retainer

A discounted, pre-paid, SLA-backed, formal support agreement.

  • Pre-paid time gives you a service level agreement
  • You make a support request by email, phone, contact form or our support ticket system
  • As long as the time required is within the SLA, we will action your support request
  • We log the time taken on a timesheet
  • Unused time is rolled over on a discretionary basis only

Hourly rate is £90 + VAT, minimum 2 hours/month.
