Like many businesses, Posture People doesn’t just sell simple products. They run a business that provides a suite of consultancy and design services that support their quality office furniture. That means it’s important to have an effective content strategy and an easy-to-navigate site, but it also means it’s crucial to have a CMS technology that allows you to create products, blogs and services with equal simplicity. This is the heart of WordPress’s territory.

eCommerce by WooCommerce

As late as 2010, it took a brave developer to undertake an ecommerce project within WordPress. Now, it’s crazy not to. WooCommerce has come onto the scene and in three years was powering more ecommerce sites than Magento, the incumbent top ecommerce platform. For Posture People’s needs, WooCommerce is a great solution that allows easy updating of products, stock, variations and orders. At the same time it integrates seamlessly with industry standard payment gateways like Stripe, PayPal and even traditional players like SagePay.

When we were looking to redo our website, I wanted to move to a platform that allowed me to have a lot more control over the website and be able to ‘tinker’ with it ourselves. After having been introduced to Pragmatic I found the WordPress platform to fit with all our needs and a few more plus it was really cost effective. What I liked most about Pragmatic was their flexibility, they could take our requests, provide sound advice and then help us build our ideas into reality. 5 out of 5
