Now that 2014 has come to a close and we’re entering another bright new year, it’s time to look back briefly with a little nostalgia and a tiny bit of sentimentality at the last 12 months.
2014 was a cracking year for me personally. Two very wonderful things happened. The first was the birth of my beautiful baby daughter and the second was my joining the Pragmatic team as Head of Sales.
Getting onboard with Pragmatic was an excellent move. It gave me the opportunity to work in sunny Brighton again after a year of 4am starts and a regular weekly commute to grey Aberdeen for my previous job.
Joining Pragmatic also gave me the opportunity to work with a knowledgeable and charming team who are passionate about what they do, keen to share what they know and a pleasure to work with. And as a direct result, I Immediately began adding to my own skill-set and knowledge base.
The work we do here is incredibly interesting and rewarding. Every day we help our clients to improve their businesses and online presence by collaborating and working with them to bring their ideas to life.
Being part of that process is both satisfying and fun and we all learn a little more every step of the way.
2015 looks set to be an even greater and more productive year than 2014. Thanks to the high standard of our work last year we’re acquiring new and exciting projects through excellent recommendations from our existing clients.
What better seal of approval is there than that?
